DogsLifeDelete your DogsLife account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time.
In the app
Tap your dog's photo to open Settings, then go to Account → Delete my account.
Without the app
Email us at hello@dogslifeapp.com from the email address you use for DogsLife, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your account, every dog you own and all their records and photos, and your partners' access to those dogs. Dogs shared with you stay with their owners. Purchase records required by law or by Google Play or Apple may be kept as long as legally required. Cancel an active DogsLife Plus subscription in Google Play → Subscriptions or in Apple Account → Subscriptions, since deleting the account doesn't cancel it.
